Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist

Hello and welcome, I am a  Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist helping people change their lives for the better. Whether it is social anxiety, general anxiety, habit reversal, confidence boosting, weight loss, phobias, pain management or anything else, I am here to help.

This holistic approach combines hypnosis with cognitive behavioural therapy. I also use mindfulness and meditation during sessions to ensure a calm and relaxing environment as well as teaching breathing and relaxation techniques. 

I work together with my clients by focusing on cognitions and behaviours during hypnosis so that you are able to manage your symptoms with the power of your own mind. My goal is to help you to take back control of your own life and promote overall well-being.

The approach I use is scientifically backed and tailored to meet your individual needs. This is a great space to learn more about my services. I offer sessions for a variety of conditions. I am here to help you achieve your goals and live your life more full.
